Use of This Website

This website is provided for general information about our services and to let you request estimates and communicate with us. Content on this site is provided as-is and may be updated at any time. Project photos represent work performed by or under the direction of JSO Remodeling Inc.

Estimates and Services

Information submitted through our contact form is a request for contact or an estimate, not a contract for services. Any work we perform for you will be governed by a separate written agreement or proposal covering scope, price, and schedule.

SMS/MMS Text Messaging Program

JSO Remodeling Inc. offers a text messaging program to communicate with customers and prospective customers about their inquiries, estimates, project scheduling, and project updates.

• Consent. By providing your phone number on our contact form and checking the consent box, you agree to receive SMS/MMS text messages from JSO Remodeling Inc. regarding your inquiry and your project. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message types. Responses to your estimate request, appointment scheduling and reminders, and project updates.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies by project, typically 2-4 messages per month.
• Fees. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel and stop receiving texts from us. After you send STOP, we may send one final message confirming your opt-out.
• Help. Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at (585) 478-4091 or admin@jsoremodeling.com.
• Privacy. Your phone number and text messaging consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
• Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual Property

The JSO Remodeling name, logo, and the content of this website belong to JSO Remodeling Inc. and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JSO Remodeling Inc. is not liable for damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
